Lifetime’s New Slate

Lifetime just announced that they’re going to do two spin-off reality shows inspired by Project Runway. The first show is Project Pygmalion, which is where they take average women and have them compete to be made over for high society. And, the second show is Models of the Runway which is Project Runway from the models point of view. Is Lifetime trying to be the female branded Bravo? Find your own brand identity Lifetime: made-for-TV-movies, and adult after school specials. I’m not bitter, just still in shock that Runway is moving.
